Cream Drop Scones

1 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp sugar
2.5-3 tsp baking powder
1 cup cream
Pinch of salt

Mix it all together and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. I think I usually do 11 or 12 minutes.
