3 eggs, beaten
2 cups pumpkin
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients. Pour into deep-dish pie shell. Bake 45-55 minutes. A knife inserted 1" from side of pan will come out almost clean.
