Pumpkin Pie #2

1 1/4 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Pour into deep-dish pie shell. Bakes at 400F for 15 minutes, then lower to 350F for 35 minutes.
